Oct. 24, 2009 - D & J's Wedding at St. Clemens Church
Today we played at majestic St. Clemens Catholic Church in Cambridge. We performed prelude music as well as playing for the processional, the communion, the signing and the recessional. With our mom assisting us, we were able to play two pieces with cello. The bride walked down the aisle to Pachelbel's beautiful Canon for Strings. Bach favourites Ave Maria, Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring and Air in D were complemented by Trumpet Voluntary by Jeremiah Clarke for the recessional. We also played an arrangement of Fields of Gold during the prelude music with both violins and cello. It was a beautiful ceremony!
